🏫 £25,000 CAN HELP TRANSFORM EDUCATION FOR 277 CHILDREN IN SHAAM❤️

Imagine having a safe, warm and suitable school to learn in — something so many children should be able to take for granted, but which remains out of reach for vulnerable children affected by conflict and displacement.

I am author, global traveller and influencer, Jay Palfrey. 

Through Mercy For All’s Shaam School Rehabilitation Programme, this October, I will be supporting the repair and rehabilitation of schools, including:

🏫 Essential school repairs

🪑 Furniture and learning facilities

🔥 Heating systems

💧 WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) facilities

❤️ Safer, more supportive environments for children to learn and thrive

The full programme aims to support 2,000 children, with a total project cost of £180,000.

That works out at:

£180,000 ÷ 2,000 children = £90 per child ❤️

Now, we have set ourselves a £25,000 fundraising target.

🎯 WHAT CAN £25,000 DO?

£25,000 ÷ £90 = 277 children

So £25,000 could contribute towards creating improved and safer learning environments for approximately 277 children.

Every £90 matters.

Every classroom matters.
