Alhamdulillah, the journey of Quran education and community service in Bristol has reached an exciting turning point. Alhamdullah Quran Academy Bristol has now outgrown its current premises — a powerful sign of growth, impact, and the increasing need for a dedicated space to serve future generations.

We have identified a remarkable new site — one that will, insha’Allah, become a thriving hub of faith, learning, and community life. This is more than a building project; it is a legacy in the making.

Our vision is to establish a Quran Academy Community Complex that will include:

• A Masjid with capacity for over 1,000 musalla spaces

• A fully equipped Madressah for nurturing young minds

• A Janazah / Ghusal facility to serve the community with dignity and care in times of loss

• A car park with 100+ spaces for accessibility and ease

• A community hall for weddings, events, and gatherings

• A welcoming café to bring people together

• Safe and engaging play spaces for children

• Professional offices and meeting rooms

• Waqf income-generating spaces to ensure the long-term self-sustainability of the project

• And many more essential facilities to serve the community

This will be a place that supports the community at every stage of life — from education and worship to life’s most important moments — while also securing its future through sustainable income.

A key part of this vision is the establishment of a Waqf-based model, incorporating income-generating spaces within the complex. These will help:

• Sustain the running costs of the Masjid and Madressah

• Fund community services long into the future

• Reduce reliance on continuous fundraising
